The Pure Paws Story
I have Pomeranians that run the house. I live here too, technically—I just work in customer service (food delivery, treat approval, and emotional support).
They’re also the reason Pure Paws exists.
I trusted labels. I trusted packaging. I trusted words like “healthy” and “natural.” But over time, I started making changes in my own home—removing artificial dyes, baking bread, growing a garden—and that shift naturally made me look closer at what I was feeding them.
What I found was uncomfortable...
I had been buying products I believed were good for them, only to realize later that the marketing didn’t always match what was actually inside. And the signs were there—stomach issues, reactions to certain treats, and small changes in how they felt after eating.
That’s when I started looking deeper..
The more I researched, the more overwhelming it became. Today’s pet stores are filled with hundreds of options—rows of products all claiming to be natural, healthy, premium, or safe. But behind the marketing, many still contain questionable ingredients or unnecessary fillers.
It takes real time and effort to understand what’s actually in each product, and most pet parents simply don’t have that kind of time (or have no cell service at the pet store!).
Pure Paws was created from that frustration—and from love.
We exist to make it easier to choose better. To remove the confusion. To bring transparency back into pet care. Every product we select is chosen with intention, because we know how much trust it takes to care for an animal who depends on you completely.
At Pure Paws, we believe pet care shouldn’t require decoding labels or second-guessing marketing claims. It should be simple, honest, and centered on health.
Because they’re not just pets.
They’re family.
