RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Pure Paws, we want you (and your pet) to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
